1. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Prices exclude GST and may change if extra work or materials are needed.

A deposit may be required.

Payment is due on the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.
2. Your Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the site, plus power and water if needed.

Tell us about underground services (power, water, sewer).
-
Ensure information you provide is accurate.
3. Variations

Any changes to the job must be agreed in writing.

Costs may increase due to unforeseen site conditions or supplier price changes.
4. Services & Materials
-
Work is done Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (excluding public holidays).

If specified materials aren’t available, we’ll suggest suitable alternatives.
5. Liability

We’re not responsible for pre-existing issues, natural material changes, or circumstances outside our control.

Claims must be made within 8 weeks of job completion.

Our liability is capped at either replacement of the service or a refund, up to $10,000.
6. Privacy

We may use credit agencies if required.

We only collect your personal information to deliver services and process payments.

You can request to see or correct your details at any time.
7. Disputes

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

If needed, disputes may go to mediation or the Disputes Tribunal (for claims up to $25,000).
Laser Cleaning (Laser Tech Cleaning Solutions)
1. Our Services
We provide professional laser cleaning for surfaces such as [metals, machinery, vehicles]. We don’t do repairs or repainting unless agreed.

Payment is due within 7 days. Late payments may incur fees.
3. Your Responsibilities

Make sure the work area is safe and accessible.

Remove valuables, flammable items, and pets.
-
Let us know if there are hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead paint).

Provide power/water if needed.
4. Safety
We follow NZ health & safety laws. If conditions are unsafe, we may stop or reschedule work.
5. Liability
We take care, but we’re not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or weak surfaces.

Losses beyond the value of the work we carry out.
6. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be charged.
7. Guarantees
Our work is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Your legal rights are protected.
8. Insurance
We hold public liability insurance.
9. Privacy
We keep your details secure. With your permission, we may use before/after photos for marketing or videos for social media.
